Bevel gears are straight bevel gears whose axes coincide with each other at any angle. The most common are conical teeth with an interaxial angle of 90 degrees.

The conical angle extensions of these gear pairs are designed to meet at the same point. When one of the gears is to be changed, the other must be changed as well.

Straight bevel gears are used at speeds lower than 1000 rpm, where there are moderate loads, and where noise is not so important. It is used intensively in ships, construction machinery bevel gears, agricultural machinery bevel gears, crane bevel gears, reduction gears, printing gears and many other areas that need changing direction.

As DMR Machine, we manufacture bevel gears in accordance with international manufacturing processes (DIN, ISO, SEA).
